All purchases of products and services made on mattonelleartistiche.it are governed by these Terms of Sale & Privacy Policy and by the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and subsequent amendments. The Customer and purchases made will be subject to the provisions of Law no. 196/2003 and subsequent amendments on the protection of privacy.
By sending their purchase order electronically on mattonelleartistiche.it, the Customer unconditionally accepts and undertakes to comply with the general and payment conditions listed below in their relationship with mattonelleartistiche.it, declaring they have read and accepted all the information provided to them under the above-mentioned regulations, also acknowledging that mattonelleartistiche.it is not bound by different conditions unless previously agreed upon in writing.

Transfer fees are borne by the Customer and depend on the conditions agreed upon by the Customer with their bank.
If this payment method is chosen, the products in your order are reserved and blocked for up to 10 working days from the order date (excluding the order day). If payment is not received within this period, the order is automatically canceled, and the products become available for sale again on the site.

mattonelleartistiche.it ships to any address worldwide in over 250 destination countries. Below is an explanation of mattonelleartistiche.it’s shipping and delivery methods and times, along with their costs.
For added security, mattonelleartistiche.it ships your orders only with trackable shipments. DHL, UPS, and Poste Italiane are used for global shipping, while SDA, BRT, and Poste Italiane are used for shipping within Italy, San Marino, and Vatican City.
3.1 Trackable Shipping
When your order leaves mattonelleartistiche.it’s warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking instructions on the selected courier’s website.
• DHL: Express courier, trackable, shipping times: EU countries: 1 day*. Non-EU countries: 3 days*. Italy: 1 day* (for Puglia, Calabria, Basilicata, Sicily, Sardinia, and minor islands +1 day*).
• Poste Italiane: Trackable until transferred to the destination country, shipping times: 2/5 days* for EU countries; 4/10 days* for non-EU countries;
• BRT: Express courier of the DPD group, for Europe and Italy, trackable, up to 31.5 kg, shipping times: 3/6 days*
• UPS: Express courier, trackable, shipping times: EU countries: 1/3 days*. Non-EU countries: 2/4 days*
• SDA: For Italy, Vatican City, and San Marino only. Express courier, trackable, shipping times: 1/2 days* (Express); 2/5 days* (Economy). For Puglia, Calabria, Basilicata, Sicily, Sardinia, and minor islands: + 1 day*

3.2 Customs Duties and Taxes
For shipments outside the European Community, the Customs of the destination country may require the recipient to pay duties and taxes based on the value of the purchased goods. Duties and taxes are local charges borne by the recipient, who must pay directly to Customs. 3.3 Delivery Times
The time that elapses between order payment and goods receipt at your address is the sum of three factors: 1. product availability in stock; 2. parcel preparation time; 3. parcel shipping time.
Product availability in stock is indicated on each product page and is constantly updated. Availability ranges from immediate (products already in stock) to 10/15 days (e.g., for products made to order). Availability is expressed in business days from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, excluding the order payment day.
The parcel preparation time is the time between receiving products from our suppliers at our warehouse (if not already in stock), their packaging, and delivering the package to the courier. On average, the preparation time ranges from zero to two days. The preparation time is expressed in business days from Monday to Friday, starting from product availability day.
The parcel shipping time is the time between the courier taking charge of the goods and delivering them to the Customer and depends on the shipping method chosen by the Customer. The site automatically indicates the estimated shipping time for the various shipping methods. The indicated shipping times should be considered average shipping times in business days from Monday to Friday, starting from the day after the parcel is handed over from mattonelleartistiche.it’s warehouse to the courier.
3.4 Shipping Costs – Italy and Europe
In Italy, San Marino, and Vatican City with trackable courier, we apply a minimum rate of
• 8 Euros (0 to 15 Kg);
• 15 Euros per package (16 to 30 Kg).
In Europe (EU), we apply a minimum rate of:
• 15 Euros (0 to 15 Kg);
• 24 Euros (16 to 30 Kg).

4. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
The Customer can exercise the right of withdrawal under the conditions provided by Italian Legislative Decree n.21/2014, which also applies to purchases made by international customers and/or with international shipping.
According to Article 52, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase of products purchased through e-commerce, without any penalty, within 14 business days from the day of receipt. Pursuant to Article 54, the right of withdrawal is exercised by sending an email to info@mattonelleartistiche.it specifying the decision to withdraw.
The cost of returning the products to the sender is borne by the Customer and is the only expense the Customer will incur. According to the provisions of the cited law, mattonelleartistiche.it is obliged to refund the amounts paid by the Customer for the purchase of products within fourteen days from the date it became aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal. Therefore, the Customer intending to exercise the right of withdrawal must return the products within the aforementioned term of 14 business days from the date of receipt to the address

If the Customer exercises the withdrawal after mattonelleartistiche.it has already delivered the package to the courier, the Customer must still receive the goods and return them to mattonelleartistiche.it at their own expense.
Additionally, please note that, under Article 59 of Legislative Decree n. 21/2014, the right of withdrawal is excluded for:
1. “the supply of goods made to measure” (Article 59 letter c). For our products, this includes items such as rings or any of our items made to measure or on which personalized modifications have been made.
5. Warranty and Defective Products
Products purchased through mattonelleartistiche.it are subject to the provisions, where applicable, of Legislative Decree 2.2.2002 n. 24 (Official Gazette n. 57, 8.3.2002) on consumer goods sale and warranty and, where not covered, to the specific provisions of the Civil Code.
This warranty will apply to products with conformity defects and/or malfunctions that are not detectable at the time of purchase, provided that the product is used correctly and diligently, meaning according to its intended use.
This warranty does not apply in cases of negligence, carelessness in product use and/or maintenance.
Any malfunction or defect of the products must be reported within seven (7) days of receipt of the goods by email to our Customer Service.
The written defect report must be attached by the Customer when returning the defective product. The goods must be returned to the following address:

mattonelleartistiche.it reserves the right to verify the defects described by the Customer and to refund the amount paid for the product only after this check.
The request will only be processed if the following documents are in the returned package: purchase invoice, order number and date, and a brief description of the defect found. The costs of returning the goods to the sender are borne by the Customer.
For trackable shipments, the Customer and/or their representative responsible for receiving the goods is required to check the integrity of the packages delivered and the relative number at the time of delivery in the presence of the carrier, noting any discrepancies in number and/or package integrity in writing on the transport document, which, duly signed, will remain with the carrier.
In addition, we recommend photographing the package as received and the damaged items.
After doing so, the Customer must contact mattonelleartistiche.it’s Customer Service via email or by calling (+39) 0571 675094 to report the problem and provide all necessary details to support the complaint with the carrier.
After receiving the correct information from the Customer, mattonelleartistiche.it will initiate the complaint with the carrier. mattonelleartistiche.it does not automatically guarantee a refund of the shipping cost in case of damage, breakage, or other, but only when the carrier has accepted the claim and provided the refund. It is therefore necessary for the Customer to provide mattonelleartistiche.it with all useful information to process the claim with the carrier.
6. Jurisdiction and Competent Court
All purchases made on mattonelleartistiche.it are governed by Italian law. For any dispute relating to the validity, interpretation, or execution of the sales contract, the territorial jurisdiction lies with the Court of Florence, unless otherwise specified.
